Instructions
- Preheat Grill and Grill Pan: Heat the grill to medium-high heat and place a grill pan on the grill. Allow the grill pan to heat for approximately 5 minutes to ensure even cooking and good searing.
- Prepare Vegetables: While the grill heats, core and slice the red and green bell peppers into strips. Peel and slice the Vidalia or yellow onions.
